Update on the General Assembly of 28/11/2024

Dear colleagues,

ČAD General Assembly that was scheduled for November 28, 2024 from 6.00 to 8.30 PM and that convened at the planned time was ended at 10.21 PM. The elections were accompanied by technical complications. The Electoral Commission also received a complaint about the voting process, which it was unable to adequately evaluate during this meeting.

The Electoral Commission is currently tasked with resolving this complaint, evaluating the validity of the voting results and the compliance of the elections with the Electoral Rules of ČAD. We will provide you with the conclusions of the Electoral Commission.

In any case, we will have to meet at a General Assembly again.  We will inform you about the date of the meeting in accordance with the ČAD Statutes at least 7 days in advance. Together with the invitation, we will also send you a draft program that will take into account the conclusions of the Electoral Commission.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, we are very sorry about the whole situation.
