Resignation of the President of the Czech Association of Doctoral Students, Jakub Šindelář

Dear PhD students,

We want to inform you about the changes in the presidency of the Czech Association of Doctoral Students (ČAD).

Jakub Šindelář, who has served on the presidency since 2020 and has held the position of president of the association since 2023, has resigned from his position on the presidency of the Czech Association of Doctoral Students.

We thank Jakub for his many years of work and contribution to the Czech Association of Doctoral Students and for representing the interests of doctoral students in the Czech Republic. His farewell letter is attached to this announcement.

The Presidency of the Czech Association of Doctoral Students subsequently elected Eva Bílková as the new president of the association and Alicia Garcia Cabaleiro as the new vice-president.
